My new year’s resolution is to lose weight and keep it off with diet and exercise, but in my past experiences that just isn’t enough. So, when my friends recommended trying supplements, I thought it was a good idea. There are so many different ones to choose from so I wasn’t sure where to start, but my friends came to my aid. They all take a supplement with acai extract and that has seemed to really help them out with the weight. I guess I will look for one those and am very grateful I have friends who are willing to help me out.
