Well, if you happen to be an online Acai health supplement retailer then here’s some serious bad news – don’t worry there’s no ban put up on the online retailers, but CCN has done something which every online retail website owner will have to face.
In their pursuit to increase the level of sales of their costly products, CCN secretly forced their customers in an unethical manner to buy what they did not really want to. It was all a well laid plan to trap the customers who came looking out for some free samples of Acai health supplements from CCN, but little did they know about the other costly products pre-selected in their order form, along with the free samples of Acai.
So, those who did not pay attention lost hefty amounts, and frenzy at CCN they launched series of complaints one after the other. As a result Attorney General Terry Goddard decided to settle this in the court of law.
But this is not just a set-back for CCN’s owner Graham Gibson, but also for all those who run online Acai and other health supplement selling stores because now customers are on the back-burner not interested in any more attractive offers. This will simply mean that selling more of these products will be pretty tough for sure!
